Most courts require a current copy of your driver record in addition to your Certificate of Completion and any associated court fees. | 2. | Complete the payment information section. The processing of your driver record will begin when DefensiveDriving.com receives your signed form and payment information via fax. |
| 3. | Once the form is completed, signed, and payment information provided, fax it to DefensiveDriving.com at (713) 488-4102. DefensiveDriving.com cannot process your request unless the form is signed.
Faxing the form more than once will result in duplicate payments. Please only send the form once. You may contact our 24 hour technical support department at (888) 545-5422 (or (713) 488-4008 in the Houston area) to confirm that your request has been received.

The standard delivery method for Certificates of Completion is U.S. Mail, which takes 7-10 business days. For students who need their Certificate of Completion in a hurry, DefensiveDriving.com offers overnight, next business day delivery via FedEx for just $25. After successful completion of the final exam, choose "Please send my certificate by overnight express mail" as the method of delivery and complete the payment information. |
