3-in-1
July 1, 2011 | in Driving DistractionsYour speeding down the back streets to make it to work on time. An officer gets in the middle of the road and tells you to pull over. The officer tells you that you were stopped because you were going 45 in a 20. He then asks for your driver’s license and registration. You lean over to grab your wallet and realize you left it at home. You look in the glove compartment for your insurance card and you remember that you took it out of the car last week. You tell the officer that you do not have your driver’s license or insurance card. The officer then asks for your name, address, etc and writes you a ticket for Speeding in a school zone, no driver’s license, and failure to maintain financial responsibility. He then tells you your court date and informs you to take a Defensive Driving Course. So much for getting to work on time.
