Driving Safety
April 15, 2010 | in Helping You Drive SafelyWhile watching online driver safety video by DefensiveDriving.com called Wheels in Motion for ticket dismissal, I learned the Bump-Bump-Bump Technique. If an object or car is blocking your lane and you need to suddenly get over one lane to avoid the object and then get right back into your original lane without oversteering or spinning out, you can use the Bump-Bump-Bump Technique. To get into the left lane and then back in your lane, with your hands at 10 and 2, turn the steering wheel to the left until your forearms touch. Turn the wheel back right until your forearms touch. Turn back to the left until your forearms touch. Do this as quickly as you can and you will avoid something in your lane! I did this when someone ran a red light in front of me. I avoided T-boning the vehicle and was able to get right back in the center lane!!! Use this online driver safety program for ticket dismissal and point reduction and to learn excellent driving skills. DefensiveDriving.com will keep you going in the right direction!
