Distracted Driving – 10 Years later
January 14, 2011 | in The Daily DriveDo you remember what you were doing a decade ago? Believe it or not, the dangers of distracted driving were with us ten years ago. Cell phones really did not emerge as part of our daily life until the mid 90’s but in less than 20 years they have changed completely our society, some for good and some for bad.
A decade sounds like a long time and the irony is that in the last two or three years, distracted driving emerged as a prominent national safety issue, the reality is, distracted driving has been an issue for quite some time. The video below is first hand evidence of how long distracted driving has been and continues to be an issue.
